Fairly clean hotel in a nice building so close to the city center. Incredibly nice staff allowed for an early check-in. Pleasantly furnished, reasonably large room with all necessary equipment. Good and beautiful location, only a short distance to major sightseeing locations.

In overall the room was great value for money and well-equipped and with a fridge. Btw it included Wi-Fi and a kettle. Location: the hotel was near to the tram or bus, the tram line and the train station. The staff was responsive and my stay was perfectly pleasant, would like to go back there again.

Economical hotel in a good area within a short walk to the city center, bus/tram stops, restaurants, and all travel links. the staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. Reasonable prices with no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a visit to the fair and the Faculty of Economics. The location was perfect, right in front of the tram line. The bathroom was clean and the staff, especially the English-speaking guy, seemed genuinely helpful. The price was reasonable and the room was nice and spacious. They even provided a kettle and a fridge upon our request. it had everything we needed and I would definitely use this hotel again.

The price was good, and the room was clean and spacious. We were provided with a kettle and a fridge as requested. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.

The room was dirty and noisy, and there were no windows in the room, which was very uncomfortable. The walls were thin and offered no sound insulation, so we could hear everything happening in the corridor and adjacent rooms.

Always stay at this place. No regrets. Staff helped with local taxi number first time I stayed. Perfect for me. Wi-Fi, TV, kettle, cookware, A/C. No pets. No smoking. Coming back for business trip.

the rooms were clean and a decent size. the vintage TV, kettle, plates, and cutlery provided a convenient touch. the city center was within walking distance, although uphill, and the option to take the tram was available. the noise from the busy street outside did not bother me, thanks to the good windows. the air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature, eliminating the need to open the windows. the only downside was that my room was a bit tight due to the gable roof, but it served its purpose as a place to sleep. The facility's location across from the Brno Fair was advantageous, and the free parking was a useful amenity. Cons: Nothing for me. 👍.

Convenient location near tram and bus stops, making it easy to reach the city center. Rooms have a kettle, small fridge, and some have a sitting corner bath. The staff is helpful with providing amenities like hair dryers and irons. Good value for money. Easy access to Brno Fair.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was basic but the bathroom was excellent with a towel radiator and nice tiling. The location was perfect for my meeting and the receptionist was friendly and cute.
